Round robin

A round robin is a league played in one go: every player meets every other player once, on the day, and the table decides the winner. It is the fairest format for a small group, and the slowest for a big one.

How it works

  1. 1Everyone is drawn against everyone
  2. 2Results go into one table
  3. 3Points, then frame difference, then frames won decide it

How many matches

Players times players minus one, halved. Six players: 15 matches. Eight: 28.
