Deleting your account

How

In the app or on the website: Account, then Delete account at the bottom. You will see what goes and what stays, type your name, and confirm. No app to hand? Email support@thesnookerhub.com from the address on your account.

When

Nothing is removed for 12 months. Sign in before then to cancel.

What goes

• Your link to this login, so The Snooker Hub no longer knows who you are
• Your home club, handicap history and practice sessions
• Admin and organiser access

What stays

• Your name, on every frame, result and break you played
• League tables, knockout draws, head to heads and break boards, so nobody else loses their record

Your login

Your login is shared with The Pool Hub. Deleting your Snooker Hub account does not delete that login. To remove it completely, delete your account on The Pool Hub as well.

We keep a note that a deletion happened for 90 days, then delete that too. See the privacy notice.
