How to set up Venue Mode
Open thesnookerhub.com/venue-mode on a tablet, pick the venue and the table, and leave it on the table. It shows the table’s code. A player scans it, picks their match, and the tablet runs the board. When the match ends, the table frees itself.
Set up a tablet
- 1On the tablet, open thesnookerhub.com/venue-mode
- 2Search for the venue and pick it
- 3Pick the table number
- 4Leave it on charge: the screen stays awake while it is open
Playing on it
- 1Scan the code on the tablet, or type it at thesnookerhub.com/link
- 2Pick the match to put on the table
- 3Tap who breaks on the tablet and play
Good to know
Nobody signs in on the tablet. It can only score the match sent to it, and the code changes after every match.
